NATURE
While undertaking broad based awareness and educational programmes, Khanyisa Projects recognised the need to offer accredited learning programmes. A number of these are being developed as follows:

•	Short courses
•	Full Qualifications (NQF Level 1 - 4)

MODE OF DELIVERY
•	Flexible modes of delivery, that may include all or some of the following:
	•	Interactive and participatory contact sessions.
	•	Workplace assessments/assignments/learning
	•	Self-study
•	Learner-centred and participatory approach are used through:
	•	Pre-learning needs analysis.
	•	Integration of learners' work environment.
	•	Continuous assessment and learner feedback.
	•	Emphasis on learner evaluation in programme evaluation.
